The Story of Executive Search Dating™

Executive Search Dating is North America’s first and only Dating Headhunter.  The company was founded by Paddi Rice, and is based in Vancouver, Canada.

Paddi returned to Vancouver in 2002 after completing his MBA at one of Europe’s leading business schools, only to discover a lack of suitable dating options for busy, successful professionals like himself.  He had grown tired of the bar scene, and found online dating to be time consuming, frustrating and ineffective.  There had to be a more intelligent way to date!

“What I really needed,” said Paddi “was a Dating Headhunter for my personal life!”  Seeing the need for an evolution in the dating world catering to busy, successful professionals, Paddi created Executive Search Dating in 2004.
