Executive Search Dating does not disclose personally identifying information to anyone when it is not authorized to do so by the Member. Executive Search Dating reserves the right to release information on its Members only if compelled to do so by proper governmental or judicial authorities.

All private information submitted by Members is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except in accordance with the Member's Contract with Executive Search Dating or as required by law or to protect the Member, Executive Search Dating and its employees, or in the event of a merger or a sale or transfer of all or substantially all of the business, assets, or equity of Executive Search Dating to another company or entity.
